Senior Claims Adjuster, Subrogation

As a Senior Claims Adjuster on our National Subrogation team, you'll play a critical role in the final stage of the claims lifecycle, determining liability, pursuing recovery, and negotiating outcomes. You'll take ownership of complex, multi-line commercial subrogation files and work closely with at-fault insurers, legal partners, and internal claims teams.

Requirements

• Adjudicating intermediate to highly complex subrogation files, including large-loss and litigated claims
• Conducting thorough coverage and liability investigations with accuracy and attention to detail
• Navigating multi-line commercial claims and collaborating across departments and jurisdictions
• Preparing detailed file summaries for internal reporting, large loss, reinsurance, and legal strategy
• Negotiating confidently with insurers, counsel, and third parties to drive recovery
• Managing a fast-paced, file-heavy workload while staying organized and calm
• Providing an excellent customer experience while balancing technical and investigative rigor
• Bringing forward new ideas and adapting to evolving team processes
