Work-Study/Student - Academic Resource Center

Work-study or student positions are available at the Academic Resource Center (ARC) to help students while positively impacting the community. Students will work in a customer service position and be responsible for tasks such as greeting students and staff, taking phone calls, and helping students check-in with the kiosk.

Requirements

• Must be an active student enrolled in at least 6 credits
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented and good communication skills
• Experience with Starfish, Canvas, and Zoom
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
