Work-Study/Student - Information Technology

Paid position through work-study or student employment, allowing students to grow in leadership, professional and soft skills. Positions report to Director, Enterprise Application Management. May involve troubleshooting, tracking work tickets, and developing software.

Requirements

• Must be an active student enrolled in at least 6 credits.
• Completed at least one semester in an Information Technology Program.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, at least one programming language, and familiarity with database technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good listening and people skills.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be able to work independently and learn quickly.
• Ability to work on large programming/development projects on your own or within a team.
