Job Description
Join our team at the Southwest Developmental Center! As a Psychiatric/DD Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee nursing personnel, plan and schedule work, and coordinate delivery of nursing and psychiatric care to consumers. The role involves working under direction, supervising staff, and participating in direct patient care activities. Requirements
- Current license as registered professional nurse in state of Ohio
- 24 mos. exp. in psychiatric nursing or delivery of nursing services to persons with developmental disabilities
- 3 mos. trg. or 3 mos. exp. in employee training & development
- 3 courses or 9 mos. exp. in public relations
- 3 courses or 9 mos. exp. in counseling
