Job Description
Richland Correctional Institution is seeking a Correction Officer to maintain control of the institution and provide for the safety and security of the facility, inmates, staff, and general public. The role involves supervising and directing inmate activity, operating security controls and equipment, and conducting security rounds and searches.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid driver's license
- Correction officer assessment or previous certification in position of correction officer
- Probationary period of 365 days
