Job Description
The Paramedic will provide emergency medical care to patients in the neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups. The Paramedic will possess knowledge of treatment and stabilization of all patients and definitive techniques within the limitations of their certification as governed by the Department of Public Health and scope of practice.
Requirements
- State certification as Paramedic
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS)
- approved Defensive Driving course
