Per Diem Pharmacist Immunizer - Syracuse Area

The Per Diem Pharmacist Immunizer is responsible for supporting vaccination and medication therapy management (MTM) within their assigned territory. This role involves patient immunization, documentation, and communication with both patients and staff. The position requires a Registered Pharmacist with immunizer certification and proficiency in vaccine administration.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Registered Pharmacist in good standing
• CPR certification with AED training
• Flexibility to travel multiple locations
• Proficiency in vaccine administration
• Minimum availability of 8-12 hours per week, including occasional nights and weekends
