Job Description
Secure insurance verification for patients through the use of Mod Med schedule and other payer portals. Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and network status for all payers. Communicate with patients and other departments to resolve discrepancies and mitigate patient care delays.
Requirements
- High school degree
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance verification or a related field
