Job Description
Price Chopper/Market 32 Supermarkets employs nearly 15,000 teammates in New York, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire. We are looking to add to our team of industry leading Store Managers, whose main areas of responsibilities include overseeing our retail operation, managing staff, achieving sales and safety goals, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High drive for operational excellence
- Experience in grocery retail specifically
- Strong people leadership skills
- Leadership characteristics that align with our company culture centered around putting people first; humility, integrity and community
- Ability to invest time in the development of your team and continually plan for sustainable succession and retention
- Adept communication skills and consistent follow through
- Ability to travel up to one hour each way to/from your residence
- At least 18 years of age
