Job Description
Responsible for operation of the entire floral department, overseeing clerks and monitoring merchandising, rotation, and inventory levels. Assists Produce Manager in ensuring policies are followed and adheres to company standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives
- Strong communication skills
- High School Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of related experience
