Assistant Director - Undergraduate Admissions

The Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions will help advance Northeastern University's efforts to attract and enroll the most qualified undergraduate students, designing and implementing a recruitment strategy, evaluating applicants, and counseling students and families.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Superior written, verbal communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and be sensitive to multicultural and socioeconomic issues
• Experience making compelling presentations to small and large groups
• Proven ability to successfully work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a student-facing role in college admissions, secondary school admissions, or a related experience in another higher education setting
