Assistant Teaching Professor/ Associate Teaching Professor/ Full Teaching Professor

The College of Social Sciences and Humanities at Northeastern University is seeking two full-time non-tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor, Associate Teaching Professor, or Full Teaching Professor. The primary teaching responsibility will be macroeconomics, with a particular emphasis on large sections of Principles of Macroeconomics. The department seeks candidates who can also contribute to graduate-level macroeconomics courses and have secondary teaching interests in machine learning, computational economics, or data-intensive methods.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Economics or a related field
• Strong record of exemplary teaching and/or demonstrate sufficient promise
• Ability to manage large-enrollment courses effectively
• Willingness to contribute meaningfully to both the undergraduate and graduate teaching missions of the department
