Associate Director, CSL- African American Institute

The Associate Director of the John D. O'Bryant African American Institute at Northeastern University is responsible for fostering awareness, knowledge, and skills around identities, cultural literacies, and belonging. They lead the creation, development, and implementation of programs and services to support student learning, leadership, and retention, with a focus on the African diasporic community.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience working with marginalized populations
• Demonstrated knowledge of social justice issues and leading learning practices
• Experience providing direct services to students in an urban, multicultural environment
