Job Description
The Associate Director - Technology Ventures will identify and nurture promising technologies and teams for commercialization, lead efforts to commercialize Northeastern inventions, and manage a dynamic portfolio of spinouts. This individual will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and strategic thinking to engage effectively with stakeholders and drive initiatives forward.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., PhD, MBA)
- Significant experience in technology transfer, research translation, entrepreneurship, science industry, or related areas
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in cross-team collaboration, optimization of resource utilization, and venture creation
