Postdoctoral Research Associate

A Postdoctoral Research Associate position is available in the Saavedra lab in the Department of Biology at Northeastern University in Boston, MA, focusing on understanding mechanisms driving innate immune responses and the role of commensal microbes in host immunity. The successful candidate will lead research projects and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in immunology, microbiology, cell biology or related areas
• Experience with in vivo animal models or multi-color flow cytometry
• At least one first-author publication in a peer-reviewed journal
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills with strong attention to detail
