Research Technician

Assist in studies focused on measuring and training cognitive processes, leading and managing studies, developing study tools, and supervising research assistants. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Education, or a related technical field.
• One to three years of academic or professional experience in a research lab.
• Experience with IRB and clinical trial procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and solution-focused problem-solving skills.
• Ability to keep accurate and detailed records of research data.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
