Senior Finance Administrator

Reporting to the Director of Administration and Finance, the Sr Finance Administrator acts as a key member of the Dean’s Office financial staff and serves as a point of contact for all matters related to financial transactions and reconciliations, accounting policies, and department discretionary budgets at the College of Social Sciences and Humanities (CSSH).

Requirements

• Managing the daily transactions of the College’s budget including verifying and processing expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with University and College policies, executing journal vouchers and reconciling departmental budgets
• Developing and maintaining financial reports and processing Dean’s Office financial commitments
• Managing the College’s computer replacement cycle and making purchases on behalf of the Dean’s Office
• Serve as a liaison to department administrators on operational financial issues
• Performing ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and other general tasks to support the Dean’s Office as needed
