Personal Banker (Reading)

At Northern Bank, we're looking for a Personal Banker to help small businesses grow and provide exceptional service to customers. The role involves handling customer sales and service inquiries, opening new accounts, and resolving problems.

Requirements

• 2 years Teller Manager or CSR experience preferred
• Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills
• Basic math skills and the ability to multitask
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, teller and platform bank systems
• High School Degree. Associate degree or higher preferred
