The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supports the clinical team in developing behavior plans, analyzing target behaviors, educating staff, and supervising RBTs.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required
- Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board-Certified Analyst required
- Minimum one (1) year experience in the provision of behavioral analysis and behavior analytic treatment
- Three years of behavioral health experience working with adolescents with a strong background in developing and implementing clinical programming, preferably in an inpatient setting
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required, or obtained within initial orientation period
- Verbal de-escalation and physical intervention program as approved by the CNO
