Dietary Aide (Sacramento)

Participate in provision of quality meals and nutritional services to patients, staff and guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Food Safety Handler Card required at time of hire and to be maintained throughout employment
• Must be able to concentrate on work amidst distractions and meet deadlines
• Must be able to give and follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be able to communicate effectively in person or via telephone
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must be able to use kitchen equipment and knowledge of hygiene factors involved in food preparation
• Must be able to work independently in a result-restricted physical environment
• Must have ability to perform several tasks concurrently
