Licensed Inpatient Therapist (Wed-Sat) (Santa Rosa)

We are seeking a Licensed Inpatient Therapist to join our team at Santa Rosa Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (SRBHH). As a Licensed Inpatient Therapist, you will practice sound clinical judgement, professionalism and good clinical practice, providing quality Psycho-therapeutic Services for a unit-based caseload of adults and/or adolescents. You will serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program, philosophy and assure the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their support systems.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or closely related field.
• Two years of behavioral health experience and experience working with Severely Mentally Ill and Group Facilitation preferred.
• Current Associate registration for LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in good standing with the California BBS, or PsyD in good standing with BOP.
• Current active registration as a Clinical Supervisor or eligibility to complete requirements for CA BBS/BOP Clinical Supervisor within 90 days of hire as requested by Social Services Leadership.
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required, or obtained within initial orientation period.
• Verbal de-escalation and physical intervention program as approved by the CNO.
