Manager of Plant Operations

The Manager of Plant Operations is responsible for managing the Plant Operations Department, ensuring a safe and clean physical environment for patients, staff, and guests. This includes scheduling work, supervising staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent required, plus technical training and experience.
• Required license - Driver's License.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a facilities maintenance management position (preferably in healthcare).
• Experience with policy creation, review, and revision highly desired.
• Regulatory code compliance experience highly desired.
• Current CPR certification recommended.
