Occupational Therapist (Per Diem) (Santa Rosa)

The Occupational Therapist plans and implements therapeutic activities for patients, develops treatment plans, and provides individual and group therapy sessions. The Occupational Therapist maintains confidentiality, demonstrates commitment to quality and process improvement, and upholds organization's ethics and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., recreational therapy, music therapy, art therapy, occupational therapy)
• Certification or registration required (COTA, OTR, etc)
• Excellent communication, assessment, evaluation, and interpretation skills
• One year experience in a health care field with emphasis in occupational therapy
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required, or obtained within initial orientation period
