Job Description
The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, managing appointments, handling patient records, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of receptionist experience (preferred)
- Able to communicate effectively with patients
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in basic computers skills (email, spreadsheets, document processing)
- Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., sit for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs., use office equipment)
