Job Description
The Home Health & Hospice Nurse plans, organizes and directs home care and hospice services, providing community health education and experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 1-2 years of acute care experience in an institutional setting preferred
- Current licensure in state and CPR certification
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills
