Designer | Workplace

This architectural and interior design firm is seeking Designers to work on creative offices, corporate interiors, and tenant improvement projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the client and internal project team to complete sets of project contract documents and provide support in the development of all design and project phases.

Requirements

• Follow and create conceptual design concepts, final design concepts, construction documents and construction administration
• Transform initial rough designs into working documents using current technologies
• Support other offices with design needs
• Consult and support other employees and clients or consultants on the development of plans and specifications
• Ability to space plan from program and meet programming requirements
• Capable of developing a program for design and translating to space plan
• Capable of developing pricing plans to establish project budget
• Coordinates with team to meet Code and Zoning requirements
• ADA Code knowledge and ability to complete ADA Survey
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Develop 3D models or design concepts
