Luxury Fashion Store Manager

Fast growing luxury fashion brand is seeking a Store Manager for their retail stores located in Deerfield, Illinois. The successful candidate is responsible for overall management of the store, staff, merchandise, and customer service.

Requirements

• Maintain a clear and effective store organization
• Play a key role in team motivation
• Monthly review of staff on One-to-One basis
• Retain staff by identifying and developing growth potential
• Coach and develop the team in order to maintain the highest degree of customer service
• Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports
• Maintain positive relationship with members of corporate office, regional office and other stores
• Full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store
• Maintain stock levels and merchandise assortment
• Adhere to Grooming and Styling standards
• Monitor the general appearance of the store
• Create staff work schedules and ensure appropriate store coverage
• Continuously motivate sales staff and ensure principles & customer service are followed
• Drive sales to meet or exceed sales budgets
• Follow up on the sales performance of the sales associates
• Keep all product support tools well organized and ensure all team members have access to the information
• Maintain merchandising standards in partnership with the Visual Merchandiser
• Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies
• Ensure timely submission of timesheets, verification of employee hours, etc.
• Recruit, assess, & interview talent and partner with Regional & HR when needed
