Job Description
San Francisco-based architecture firm seeking a Project Architect with strong design & technical expertise to help shape their studio and create durable and sustainable buildings. The ideal candidate has construction administration experience, strong technical skills, and knowledge in the multi-family housing sector.
Requirements
- 9 to 15+ years of extensive professional experience
- Exceptional technical proficiency and a proven track record in coordinating consultants
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-family housing, particularly Type I and Type III construction (affordable housing preferred)
- Possesses a keen design sensibility
- Exemplifies integrity in all aspects of work
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
- Experience leading teams of 2-4
- Proficient in Revit software
- Skilled in hand drawing and sketching
- Effective presentation abilities, with proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and SketchUp
- Capable management skills to lead and guide projects
