Job Description
Seeking a Project Architect with 5+ years of technical expertise in commercial architecture, California license required, to join a leading architectural & interior design firm in Mountain View or San Diego. The role involves leadership responsibilities, project management, and design development.
Requirements
- Project Architect, Bachelor of Architecture with California license required
- 5+ years of technical expertise in commercial architecture
- Demonstrated success as a project architect on a range of corporate interiors project types
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Leadership responsibilities and directing a team
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects, set priorities, and maintain schedules
- Design development experience, planning, coordinating, and overseeing production of construction drawings
- Experience with the entire project lifecycle, through post-occupancy
- Contract management, experience negotiating project scope and fees
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, PhotoShop, Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam
