Job Description
National multidisciplinary design firm seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join their Boston office, working on healthcare, arts and culture, community, corporate, education, and government projects.
Requirements
- Work with HC and S&T Architectural and Interior Design teams to develop the interior design direction
- Research materials and concepts to advise and support design team on technical issues
- Monitor the progress of the project to verify consistency with established design goals and objectives
- Collaborate and communicate effectively and professionally with multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Provide input and assist with talent acquisition and staff development through active mentorship
- Exhibit a leadership style and work ethic that demonstrates the highest degree of professionalism, energy, and dedication to the success of the company
