Senior Project Manager | Healthcare

National multidisciplinary design firm seeking a talented Healthcare Senior Project Manager to join their San Francisco office, responsible for managing project teams and building long-term strategic relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Collaborate with Principal to evaluate project requirements and negotiate owner-architect agreements
• Demonstrate task-focused mastery of project scope, profitability, schedule, and budget
• Negotiate critical issues with top-level architects, engineers, and officials
• Understand and manage design according to healthcare terminology, infection control, building systems, security, technology, and medical equipment
• Develop discipline cost and work-hour budgets and monitor project costs, completion status, and timelines
• Oversee correspondence and pertinent documents, coordinate review and evaluation of contractor bids, and provide day-to-day leadership
• Collaborate with Practice Group Leader in marketing projects, including proposal development and client interviews
