Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a Structural emphasis; Master's degree preferred
- Structural Engineering license (S.E.) required
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive structural engineering experience
- Three or more years of leadership experience in multi-discipline project teams preferred
- Strong knowledge of Building Codes and design codes
- Experience in K-12 project experience required
- Proficiency in structural engineering software and office tools such as ETABS, SAFE, RISA, RAM, ENERCALC, Excel, and Bluebeam
- Expertise in designing various structural materials including steel, concrete, masonry, and wood
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
