Job Description
The Analyst, Fund Accounting role at Northern Trust involves evaluating and reconciling mutual funds and separately managed funds to determine the Net Asset Value (NAV) on a daily basis. The analyst will work on large asset owner plans, assess the impact of investment manager trading activity, and audit income postings, accruals, and corporate actions within scheduled time frames.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant work experience in Fund Accounting or Mutual Fund Accounting
- Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and securities
- Analytical skills and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong Excel skills and usage of Microsoft Power suites
