Northern Trust is seeking a Banking & Markets Oversight professional to provide oversight and guidance to internal teams, ensuring alignment with risk, compliance, and strategic objectives. The role involves setting up and maintaining the oversight model, performing banking oversight reviews, and monitoring regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience with knowledge of Banking and/or Markets operations
• Operations/audit/control/risk partner with knowledge of the relevant business practice
• Self-starter with the ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Cash & Payment regulations, regulatory transaction reporting and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
