Job Description
Northern Trust is looking for a Delivery lead to join their RCE Technology Team in Pune, India. The successful candidate will drive and take bottom line responsibility for implementation and operational management of complex multiple stream programs involving highly secure and scalable financial risk solution for the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or engineering
- 15+ years of extensive work experience on financial and non-financial risk platforms, GRC module and IRM implementation
- Experience in managing large transformation program in financial risk preferably GRC implementation on IRM
- Strong understanding of financial and non-financial risk domain
- Strong technical & system thought leadership and ability to manage a high performance team
