The Operational Resilience Specialist will work with global stakeholders to define and embed resilience requirements across various pillars, supporting operational resilience and business continuity frameworks. The role will involve collaboration, analysis, and project management to ensure consistent and coordinated approach to resilience.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity
• Previous experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or a related discipline
• Understanding of regulatory expectations relating to operational resilience and business continuity
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions, regions, and seniority levels
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify resilience gaps and assess risk
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience producing clear documentation
• Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities and ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to lead defined initiatives and work independently with appropriate oversight
