Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Portfolio Accounting and Data Service Impact Zone program. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering complex transformation programs and be familiar with Agile methodology. They will work independently and as part of a team to execute migration strategies and develop detailed processes for client migrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering complex, multi-year transformation programs or within a Change Management Team
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and transformation practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple deliverables
• Highly versatile and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience
