The Senior Consultant will lead process automation initiatives across the NTAM organization, emphasizing process analysis, problem solving, and solution design and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in future-focused automation and AI tools, such as Co-Pilot Studio, Power Automate, Xceptor, Blue Prism/UiPath, and comparable platforms.
Requirements
- Lead and/or contribute to end-to-end process and automation delivery lifecycle from process assessment to transformations/improvements, solution design, automation development, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business users to conduct process mapping / Lean sessions to assess current state, design target state processes, and document business needs in comprehensive business requirements, functional, and technical specifications.
- Perform thorough testing and validation of automation solutions, documenting results to guarantee fit accuracy, security, and reliability.
- Track and report on benefits realized comparing against expected benefits at the project start.
- Experience in leveraging Co-pilot or other enterprise-approved AI tools to drive efficiency and speed across the SDLC cycle from discovery, design, development, and testing.
- Oversee and maintain existing automation workflows, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Proactively study emerging AI and automation trends and best practices, with a particular focus on AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI advancements, and socialize ideas/thinking with peers and business partners.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization by participating in democratizing the skills or showcasing the automations delivered.
