The role involves overseeing and executing Operational Resiliency initiatives across NTAM, supporting the global rollout of the Operational Resiliency Framework, and driving impact by developing governance models to strengthen the control environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5 - 7+ experience working in an Asset Management organization
• Expert knowledge of operational resiliency
• Strong understanding of risk management practices
• Ability to drive to execution through Strong prioritization skills
• Adept at working across multiple areas of businesses and functions
