Northern Trust is a globally recognized financial institution seeking a Sr Analyst, Front Office Support to provide critical operational and data support to Portfolio Management and Trading teams. The role involves daily validation of positions, trade monitoring, and issue resolution, as well as supporting onboarding and maintenance of new accounts and instruments.
Requirements
- Serve as primary day-to-day support contact for assigned Portfolio Management teams
- Perform daily validation of positions, market values, cash balances, and exposures
- Monitor trades from execution through confirmation, settlement, and downstream reporting
- Support onboarding and maintenance of new accounts, strategies, and instruments across investment platforms
- Manage corporate action elections, lifecycle events, and instrument-specific processing
- Support counterparty, venue, and broker relationships
- Assist with performance and attribution reviews, ad-hoc analysis, and client or internal data requests
- Generate and deliver Transaction Cost Chargeback (TCC) and ETF P&L breakdowns
- Contribute process improvements, automation initiatives, and control enhancements
