This entry-level position supports the IT Capital Investments Reporting & Analysis team, ensuring smooth processing and tracking of technology capital projects. The role offers a foundation in finance, and portfolio management applications.
Requirements
- College degree (bachelor’s or equivalent), with a focus in business, finance, technology, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or processing role (internships included).
- Experience managing large data sets.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Keen attention to detail and care in completing tasks accurately.
- Customer service mindset and willingness to support others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative and ability to learn quickly as a self-starter.
- Interest in technology and a willingness to work with new systems and tools.
- Working knowledge of Clarity PPM is a bonus.
- Project management experience is a bonus.
- Prior experience in financial planning and analysis and/or knowledge of financial concepts is a bonus
