Job Description
The Controller will oversee the accounting team, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Strong experience in manufacturing, including cost and inventory accounting
- ERP experience in a manufacturing environment
- CPA preferred
