Job Description
A rapidly scaling organization is seeking a hands-on Controller with strong technical expertise to lead accounting operations, optimize ERP systems, and enhance reporting.
Requirements
- CPA required
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in high-growth environments
- Strong ERP and systems experience
- Advanced Excel skills with heavy daily usage
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Experience with audits and external partners
- Experience with revenue reporting and process improvement
- Strong leadership, organization, and execution skills
