Job Description
The Tax Manager will lead multiple client engagements, review complex tax returns, deliver strategic tax planning, and support staff development while maintaining and enhancing strong client relationships across a wide range of industries and entity types.
Requirements
- Manage multiple tax engagements, providing strategic planning, consulting, and compliance guidance.
- Prepare and review complex returns for high-net-worth individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and nonprofit organizations.
- Mentor and coach tax staff at various levels.
- Identify additional client needs and introduce relevant firm services.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables.
- Collaborate with managers and partners to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Resolve technical tax issues and respond to inquiries from the IRS and state tax authorities.
