Care Center Director of Nursing at North Shore Health

North Shore Health is seeking a Care Center Director of Nursing to lead the efficient and effective delivery of quality nursing care at their Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Grand Marais, MN. The DON will oversee departmental goals, resident safety, and quality initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Requirements

• Three (3) years supervisory/management experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Bachelor’s Degree or willingness to obtain within two (2) years
• Current license in Minnesota to practice as a Registered Nurse
• BLS Certification with a designation of 'BLS Provider' from the American Heart Association
