Job Description
We're building a business recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Northslope's business (non-tech) and sales functions. The recruiter will partner with Exec. leadership team, build and manage pipelines, craft creative sourcing strategies, and own the candidate experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across commercial, sales, or business functions
- Proven ability to hire in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Experience building trusted partnerships with hiring managers
- Creative sourcing abilities
- Strong instincts for assessing candidates
