Northstrat is seeking a Program Scheduler that serves as the primary architect of the program’s execution plan. The Scheduler will provide strategic guidance to Program Management and technical leads, and will partner with the team to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 6+ years
- Active Top-Secret clearance required
- Proven experience managing different schedule formats, specifically Production/Manufacturing or Agile/Software schedules
- Ability to identify, track, and model schedule risks and opportunities within the IMS
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with Procurement, Logistics, and the Customer
