Systems Engineer

Northstrat is seeking an experienced and driven Systems Engineer to join their dynamic integration team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full lifecycle Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) of mission software applications and the ability to analyze requirements, derive acceptance criteria, and design end-to-end mission test threads.

Requirements

• Analyze requirements or solution epics to derive acceptance criteria, tests, and mission threads
• Conduct engineering investigations to determine root cause analysis for problems
• Identify and track dependencies and risks
• Become an expert in system interfaces and identify key integration points
• Ensure consistency amongst multiple applications
• Develop technical design documentation, test plans, and artifacts to track and support successful integration of multiple systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-up, planning, iteration review, and retrospective to contribute to team goals and objectives
• Collaborate with teammates, customers, and peers from other companies
• Identify opportunities for improvement and new or updated processes to enhance the efficacy of the team
• Have an active or current Top-Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI)
