Job Description
Develops, plans, coordinates, implements and evaluates the educational and staff development programs for Patient Care Services and/or facility, directing and supervising the activities and staff of the department.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State and/or Connecticut
- 8-12 years of technical experience and 7+ years of leadership/management experience
- Specialized certifications as needed
