Job Description
Provides patients with assistance in performing daily living activities and assists the healthcare team in ensuring patient safety. Performs various tasks such as measuring and recording patient vital signs, collecting specimens, and reporting patient changes to the registered nurse.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a Nurse Assistant Program
- Certified by New York State Department of Health
- Minimum of one (1) year of direct patient care experience in a Hospital, Rehab, or Sub-Acute facility
